Do you have a Lupin Pantry storefront in the restaurant?

No, we don’t have a full storefront at Lupin Dining. Products are available in the restaurant for guests during their visit. We sell our products online in our pantry shop [LINK]  and at many popular retail locations across the Maritimes.

Do your products need to be refrigerated?

Unopened, our products are shelf-stable. Once opened, we recommend refrigerating and using within the timeframe listed on the label.

How long do your products last?

Each product includes a best-before date and a “Consume by” recommendation. Once opened, products vary from two weeks to 1 year. See product label for more details.

How should I use your products?

Our products are designed to be versatile—use them as a condiment, a finishing touch, or a shortcut in your cooking. Visit our recipes section for inspiration and ideas.

Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?

Many of our products are naturally vegetarian or vegan. Please refer to individual product labels for specific dietary details.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

Many of our products don’t contain gluten. Currently, our products are not certified gluten-free. Please refer to individual product labels for specific dietary details.

You can shop directly through our website or find us at a variety of retailers around the HRM and beyond.

Do you ship your products?

Yes, we offer shipping within Canada. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.

Who do I contact if I have a question about my order?

What do I do if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

We take great care in producing high-quality, small-batch products. If something isn’t right, please contact us and let us know. View our refund policy.

Are your products made in small batches?

Yes — our pantry products are made in small batches with care, using thoughtfully sourced ingredients and recipes developed in our Lupin kitchen.

Where are your products made?

Our products are made in Nova Scotia as part of our Lupin Pantry line, inspired by seasonal cooking and bold, versatile flavour.

Do your products contain common allergens?

Some products may contain or come into contact with common allergens. We recommend reviewing each product label carefully for ingredient and allergen information, and reaching out if you have specific questions before ordering. Our products are produced in a facility that contains gluten, nuts and dairy products.

Do you use local ingredients?

Whenever possible, we prioritize seasonal and thoughtfully sourced ingredients, including produce from Nova Scotia and our own garden when available.

Can I send Lupin Pantry products as a gift?

Yes — our pantry products make wonderful gifts. Keep an eye out for giftable collections and seasonal offerings through our online shop.

Do you offer local pickup?

We offer local pickup for select orders. Availability and pickup details will be shown at checkout when applicable.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging, and we’ll do our best to make it right. A replacement or refund will be provided where applicable.

Can I return food products?

Due to the nature of food products, we’re unable to accept returns on opened items. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to help.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes — we offer wholesale for select retailers and partners. If you’re interested in carrying Lupin Pantry products, please visit our wholesale page.

Are your jars recyclable?

Yes — our jars are recyclable. We also encourage customers to reuse them at home whenever possible.
