Refund policy

At Lupin Pantry, we take great care in producing high-quality, small-batch products. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right.

In-Person Purchases
All in-person sales (including markets and events) are considered final sale. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of purchase with proof of purchase, and we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund.

Online Orders
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue. Approved claims may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items unless they are deemed defective.

How to Report an Issue

To report a defective or damaged item, or for food safety concerns, please email wholesale@lupindining.ca with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to review each case individually and respond within 2 business days.
