A sweet & tangy twist of a sauce blended smooth. This sauce is great on any cheese, sharp or soft, and even better paired with game meat. Our person favourite is to serve it with roasted duck.
We hand-make this product here in our kitchen from ingredients we harvest from our garden and from local farmers, fishermen, and butchers around Nova Scotia.
