Dining at Lupin is a refined and personal experience shaped by the seasons. Each tasting menu reflects ingredients from our garden and local producers, capturing the character of Nova Scotia. Our service team thoughtfully presents each dish, sharing the stories behind the ingredients and producers. Chef's Tasting Menu

We exclusively serve a 7-course chef-curated tasting menu designed to take guests on a thoughtful culinary journey from beginning to end. Each course is a carefully composed part of the story, and optional wine pairings are available to complement the experience. The tasting menu changes every 4–6 weeks to highlight the freshest ingredients and evolving flavours. Dinner is $125/person plus tax and gratuity and available by reservation only.

What days are you open?

We are open and offer our tasting menu on Fridays & Saturdays starting in May, September and October. For the months of June, July & August we extend our service to Thursdays as well.

How far in advance can we book a table?

Reservations are open 60 days in advance, but are known to fully book at least two weeks prior. Booking in advance is strongly encouraged.

Can you book a table larger than 4 for the chef’s tasting experience?

Yes, but due to our small dining space, we ask parties larger than 4 to send us an email to book the reservation to ensure that we have adequate space.

How long does the 7-Course dining experience take?

Between 2 to 2.5 hours.

Can I expect the menu to be the exact same as it is posted online?

We post our menus ahead of time online, however sometimes the availability of a primary ingredient becomes unavailable with short notice. Changes to the menu are therefore required in order to keep the consistency in quality of our dishes and to not sway from our philosophy of using high quality, local and seasonal ingredients.

Can you accommodate dietary allergies?

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice of any guest allergies to ensure that we can provide adequate substitutions to the tasting menu. Given the complexity of our menus and the reliance on local and seasonal produce, we will notify guests ahead of their reservation if the allergy cannot be accommodated.

Do you offer any other menu than the chef’s tasting menu?

We currently only offer our 7-course tasting menu for regular operating hours. New in 2026, we have added fresh oysters and a rotating cheeseboard to our menu, these can be enjoyed before or after your designated reservation time or throughout your meal. We also host a variety of fun events with different styles of food serving throughout the season, including our Mother’s Day Brunch, Neighbourhood Nights, and 4-Course Tasting Series.
